Here at Bowland Stoves we pride ourselves on the fact we have a deep seated knowledge of the industry, we are aware of the technical specifications of every stove which we sell and more importantly we offer a backup service to ensure that you, the customer, are 100% satisfied with the items you purchase.
Are we the cheapest stove retailer on the market?
While our prices are very competitive, and we monitor the market on an ongoing basis, we are not necessarily the cheapest stove retailer in the UK. However, we do offer an all-round back up service and a money back guarantee should you have any concerns about the products you have acquired. We will offer you a range of advice and promise to guide and assist you from purchase and all the way through to the installation of your stove.
Is my manufacturer's guarantee valid?
We are an officially authorised, licensed retailer for a number of well-known stove brand names throughout the UK thereby ensuring that the manufacturer’s guarantee is valid at time of purchase. PLEASE BE AWARE if your stove supplier has acquired the items through a third party this may well reduce or in some circumstances negate the manufacturer's guarantee.
What if I break or lose and need a replacement Part?
As an authorised, licensed retailer we can ensure that the manufacturer’s guarantee is valid at time of purchase As authorised dealers we are able to approach the supplier and obtain the spares or replacement parts you need. PLEASE BE AWARE that this option may not be made available to you if you buy from a non authorised dealer.
Installation of my stove
We offer an installation service in the local community in and around Lancashire, North Yorkshire with a dedicated fitter available for our customers. Those who acquire stoves in other areas of the country will still receive the same backup service which we offer all of our customers although we cannot install out of our area at present. It is our aim to have accredited fitters available for all Bowland Stoves customers in the UK soon.
Return of damaged goods
If for some reason your stove or accessories are damaged or scratched in any way during transit we will replace the effected items immediately. We will also arrange collection of the damaged goods at no extra cost to you.
Security issues
We can categorically confirm that any information which we obtain from you in relation to any enquiry or purchase will remain within the confines of Bowland Stoves. We do not sell information or pass information to any third parties without the underlying customer’s prior consent.
Discount vouchers and promotions
From time to time we will issue a number of discount vouchers which may last indefinitely or have a limited time span. We will also release a number of online and off-line promotions allowing you to take advantage both online and via our telesales service.
