Exchanges and Returns
We understand that on rare occasions, you may have the need to return an item due to incorrect ordering or the parts being wrongly sent.
ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE DONE WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS.
IF GOODS ARE RETURNED AFTER 7 WORKING DAYS A CREDIT NOTE WILL BE ISSUED, LESS ANY RE-STOCKING FEE AND POSTAGE

All notices to return goods must be made in writing in the first instance to the customer service department, please email
sales@bowlandstoves.co.uk. A returns form will then be emailed out to you. This form MUST accompany any returned items. We can arrange for a collection, which will be charged at £10.00 per parcel collected, or you can use your own courier, in which case, we strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured postal/courier service.
Unless the items are faulty or sent incorrectly it is your responsibility to return the items at your cost. When returning items, please include all of the manufacturers original packaging and repackage using suitably protective materials to ensure that the items arrive with us in a re-saleable condition. If the items arrive back here broken, unfortunately we wont be able to issue any refund.
Once in receipt of the returned goods you will be refunded the invoice price, less the delivery & any collection charges, within 14 days.
Where a customer has ordered the wrong part for their stove or no longer requires the part there will be additional charges such as:-
Return postage charge
15% Restocking charge
Stove glass is cut to size for customers orders so this is NOT returnable, unless faulty
Any items bought from our Clearance Section are Non Returnable.
