Product Description

While many experts predicted that Be Modern would invest heavily in Broseley stoves when they acquired the business in 2009, few expected the ongoing high level of investment. While Broseley stoves continue to trade as a separate entity, the parent company has invested heavily. While today we are focusing on the Broseley Southgate Electric Stove, we have seen a number of new wood-burning and multifuel stoves released to the market over the years. This is a company which is extremely aware of environmental concerns and the ever tightening regulatory scene. Even though electric stoves have been around for some years, it is only over the last couple of years that consumer demand has rocketed. So, what makes the Broseley Southgate Electric Stove so special and what does it have to offer?

As you can see from the design, this is a traditional-looking machine which is easily mistaken for a wood-burning/multifuel stove. It is only when you get close that you realise the realistic fuel bed and flame effect. This particular model has five brightness settings and seven different fuel bed colours to give you additional control. While heat output is a relatively modest 2 kW, this is still more than enough to take the chill of a small to medium sized room. We know that heat capacity is a consideration for consumers but many also see an electric stove as part of the decor. So, you will be pleased to know that the Broseley Southgate Electric Stove looks perfectly at home taking centre stage or in the corner of your room.

In a twist to the normal electric stove, the Broseley Southgate Electric Stove has a timber body which comes in either matt black or dark grey finish. This means that the Broseley Southgate Electric Stove is extremely light and very easy to setup. The settings are controlled by a remote so that you don't even need to leave your seat. The dimensions are comparable to wood-burning and multifuel stoves, with a width of 550 mm, height 585 mm and a depth of 297 mm. You will often hear people say that you need to see this product to fully understand what you are buying. Well, we assure you, no picture can do the Broseley Southgate Electric Stove justice!
