The new Woodford Glove is not just another regular stove glove. The outside part of the glove is manufactured of highest quality technical fabrics easily resisting +500°C and sewn with Kevlar braided stainless steel thread. Inner lining is made of soft, very cosy-felling but durable furniture covering cloth.

- +500°C resistant outer layer, may be held for longer than usual in direct fire without burning

- Special pleats provide good grip regardless of palm size
- Very wide at the top, easy to put on even with a big watch or long sleeved garments

The glove is designed for comfortable and reasonable everyday use, adding wood to heating appliance or holding hot objects. Even though the outer layer can withstand temperatures exceeding +500°C inner layer will start changing it’s composition around +100°C. It is possible to hold directly an incandescent object without applying pressure for several seconds before the heat starts trasfering to the inner layer.
